teen MHFA

Teen Mental Health First Aid is a nationally recognized course that teaches teens in grades 9-12, or ages 14-18, how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in their friends and peers.
We are working on a customizable after-school program for 9th and 10th graders, set to launch in Fall of 2026.
It will offer a blend of Teen Mental Health First Aid, resilience-building, and youth advocacy to help students navigate stress, support peers, and prepare for the transition to adulthood.
